The Emmy is from the new Mulberry A-W 06 collection and has been featured on such celebrities as Kate Moss and Jennifer Aniston. It has been featured on net-a-porter as the editors favourite and is the Launch Bag of the new Mulberry collection. Made of 100% Darwin leather, the actual bag is a gorgeous Black colour. There are four external pockets, two at the side which both have a small postmans lock, another at the top centre, which is small but zipped with a Mulberry brass zipper and leather pull attached(perfect for spare change!) and the one at the front, which is fairly large, again with a postmans lock. The interior of each of these pockets is suede, and each of the postmans lock have a small Mulberry tree at the top. All hardware on the bag is brass; the small Mulberry studs have the tress embossed onto them. The large buckle at the front of the bag has Mulberry written on the right side of it with a small tree too. Even the small ball which one pushes down on to release the shoulder straps has a Mulberry tree inscribed and the top of the hardware on the shoulder straps have Mulberry incribed in a circular fashion. There are two shoulder straps for this bag, both of which are detatchable. There are 6 brass hoops on the bag; two at the front, two and at bag and two on the side. This therefore means you can arrange the straps on this bag to suit your requirements. However, you could have the shoulder straps or one single one running diagonally from the back to the front . This bag can be carried comfortably on the shoulder or on the arm. The two post mans locks on the top of the bag need to be unlocked and the buckle lifted in order to open the bag. Inside the lining is a lovely soft suede. There is an interior pocket, which is Mulberry tree logoed fabric. It is a zipped pocket, with the zipper embossed with a Mulberry Tree and leather pull. There is a Mulberry leather tab attached to the pocket with Mulberry inscribed onto the leather and a circular disc attached to the leather tab which has a Mulberry tree embossed. There is a small Made in Turkey tab inside the bag, as I am advised by store staff, Mulberry have begun to expand due to their popularity and have additional craftmens workshops besides the British one in Summerset. Others include Turkey and China. The measurements of the bag are as follows: 18.5cmx19cmx33cm, Length of straps are 51cm
